The Asset Management team is central to realizing our service provision. This means that this team is at the heart of our company, and you optimize their strategic, commercial, operational and financial interests while safety is top priority. This team is therefore the driving force behind innovation and reliable service provision, and they are looking for an Asset Management Manager to lead this, strengthen us and contribute to their success.

About the role of an Asset Management Manager

As Manager Asset Management, you are responsible for developing, managing and optimizing our assets, making an essential contribution to our business goals. You report directly to the COO, lead a top team of professionals yourself and work closely with product managers and regional teams to continuously improve the performance of our assets and services. You know how to find a balance between strategic thinking, tactical action and operational management.

What does the position look like in concrete terms?

With the knowledge and experience you bring, you will help the company further in the field of Asset Management.

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement an asset management strategy that fits the company vision and objectives.

• Monitoring and optimizing the performance, reliability and lifespan of our assets, in line with customer service agreements.

• Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team, focused on collaboration and innovation.

• Collaborate with other teams to improve our customer propositions from a holistic perspective and make the relevant translation to asset management implications

• From your domain, set up relevant analyzes through smart use of data and trends to implement proactive improvements in order to realize maximum value from our assets.

• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and internal guidelines.

• Managing budgets and resources within your department.

• The power to convince your stakeholders, including board members. Furthermore, you have the analytical skills and conceptual thinking ability to translate a complex analysis into a practical implication. This also requires good communication and organizational skills.

• Do you have a completed BSc or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration and/or Asset Management;

• Do you have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role in the energy sector or in a technical environment

• Do you have knowledge of asset management principles and systems (such as ISO 55000)

• Do you have experience in managing teams and leading projects

• Do you have experience in developing performance models and making data-driven investment decisions

• The Asset Management team manages all our products, including solar panels, batteries and transformers. You seize all opportunities and translate plans into practice together with your team. You are involved in the strategy and its coordination. In short, at Asset Management you provide our customers with reliable technical solutions for an attractive price.
