In this position, you will be part of an experienced team working on cutting-edge projects related to process water, demineralized water, ultra-pure water, and water purification for industrial and municipal applications.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key technical expert, you will be responsible for the full design lifecycle of electrical and instrumentation (E&I) installations for complex water-related projects. You will provide engineering leadership while ensuring that project designs align with client requirements, regulatory standards, and sustainability best practices.
Your Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Engineering Design: Develop electrical and instrumentation solutions across all project phases, from concept to detailed design. Your work will directly support water purification plants, industrial water systems, and drinking water infrastructure.
Innovation & Problem Solving: Translate complex client specifications into robust and efficient E&I designs that prioritize safety, sustainability, and long-term maintenance feasibility.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Team Mentorship & Development: Assign tasks to engineers based on their strengths, guide junior engineers, and foster professional growth within the team.
Project Delivery Excellence: Maintain a keen focus on cost control, quality assurance, and timely project delivery, ensuring that all E&I solutions meet operational and compliance

Function criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
7 – 9 years of experience in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Industry – Oil/Gas/Chemical).
Proven experience designing and implementing electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial, municipal, or utility-scale projects.
Strong understanding of process automation, PLC/SCADA systems, and instrumentation for water treatment applications.
Experience in multidisciplinary project environments, collaborating with mechanical, civil, and process engineers.
